Worse customer support I’ve encountered, purchased a 9kw gas burner but unfortunately arrived damaged, I contacted Hamilton Gas Products and sent them detailed pictures and a description of the fault. I was told that this was just a bolt on part and one would be shipped direct from the manufacturer. The part finally arrived eight days after the initial delivery and I wasn’t surprised that they had sent the wrong part making it very clear that they hadn’t took any notice of the details I had sent. I then emailed them to be told I could return it for a refund but unfortunately they are no longer in stock. Wanting to keep the item, I contacted the manufacturer myself and the part was shipped free of charge and arrived the following day. The part is now fitted and the gas burner is now working no thanks to Hamilton Gas Products. So if you enjoy fixing things that you have just purchased brand new use Hamilton Gas but if not suggest shopping elsewhere.

Super amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong product, and when I contacted Hamilton Gas Products, they were so understanding and helpful. Mark (I believe was the rep that assisted me), even tracked down another sold out product that I initially wanted and had it shipped to me the next day. What a great experience from such dedicated and friendly team. I will be back for any and all gas product needs. Thank you once again!

Got product quickly but did not expect to get told off when picked device up because of your poor customer service Have been a customer for 10 years will not be back . You need better staff not a guy who ignores bell and a woman in office who knows you are there but ignores you cos she's talking to her mate about the pet shop boys. Anyone could walk in and nick stuff and then I get blame for knocking on door after 15 mins of wait and an airport run to do. No thanks

Absolutely first class customer care, Alan was excellent. Had a heater that didn’t work - no problem, dealt with efficiently and a replacement arrived without any fuss or bother. A delight to deal with a company that actually knows how to communicate with it’s customers.

Ordered on line at mid day Wednesday arrived Mid day Friday Northen Ireland to Swansea ( Wales )48hrs and best deal I could find by £36 !! Great product and very speedy delivery Thank you

Avoid. Ordered a BBQ which didn't arrive in time so I had to buy a different one elsewhere. However, because they had shipped it I am being charged a return fee of £90!!! Even though I hadn't received the order.......until the delivery firm turned up unannounced the following week whilst no one was home and left a pallet outside the house with my cancelled order on.

Big con artists. Had my heater since November to check if faulty. Rang a few times and they can't trace it.,so they say. One operator was supposed to call me back today after he said he was checking engineer report. Still waiting. Tried calling back but they keep hanging up. Lost £175 to this cowboy firm. In Ireland so probably got no chance of getting any joy. Avoid at all costs
